Join the BHC Tri Team and get ready for a great race season! Train with 10-time Ironman, Coach Raul Sosa and Swim Coach Jim Bruzesse.  Individualized training programs for both NEWBIES and VETERANS. Choose your own distance!

Group Training Sessions
Monday- Thursday 5:45 AM – 6:45 AM
(swimming, cycling, running & strength training)

Full 12-week session: Feb 19 – May 12
Session I: Feb 19 – Mar 17
Session II: Mar 19 – Apr 14
Session III: Apr 16 – May 12

Friday and Saturday workout plans provided!
