Join the BHC Tri Team and get ready for a great race season! Train with 10-time Ironman, Coach Raul Sosa and Swim Coach Jim Bruzesse.  Individualized training programs for both NEWBIES and VETERANS. Choose your own distance!

Group Training Sessions
Monday- Thursday 5:45 AM – 6:45 AM
(swimming, cycling, running & strength training)

Full 12-week session: Mar. 13 – Jun. 3
Session I: Mar. 13 – Apr. 8
Session II: Apr. 10 – May 6
Session III: May 8 – June 3

Friday and Saturday workout plans provided!


Individual Consultation, race plan development, and tailored workout to your fitness level.


Great team support and fun group dynamic!  4 coached workouts per week, 2 workouts to complete on your own.
